1. Who processes your data?
Parallel Context, an independent advisory practice founded by Vanessa Ndombou, based in Paris, is responsible for processing data collected on this site. Contact: contact@parallelcontext.com.
2. Data collected
Depending on the forms used: your pre-diagnostic answers (brand name, category, stage, target market, timeline, brand description, current challenge) and the reading generated; for a booking or contact request: name, email, brand, website, intended format, availability and message. No audience-measurement cookies are used.
3. Why?
To generate your pre-diagnostic reading, allow Vanessa Ndombou to review submissions, follow up with you and prepare a first conversation. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, and legitimate interest in following up on enquiries. Your data is never sold or used for advertising purposes.
4. AI analysis
The pre-diagnostic reading is produced automatically by an AI model based solely on your statements. It is indicative, has no legal effect and does not replace a diagnosis based on your documents. Your answers are shared with a technical AI provider only to generate the reading.
5. Retention period
Submitted diagnostics and booking or contact requests are kept for 12 months from submission, then automatically deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Who has access?
Only Vanessa Ndombou, through a login-secured admin area, along with the hosting and AI technical providers strictly necessary for the service to function.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@parallelcontext.com. A reply is generally provided within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. What not to share
Please do not include confidential information, personal data of third parties or sensitive data in the forms.
